1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • All items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

  • Only new products are eligible for return.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming products that have been opened or used may be refused unless they are defective.

4. Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used grooming products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
