1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- All items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
- Only new products are eligible for return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming products that have been opened or used may be refused unless they are defective.
4. Return Method
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used grooming products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
