1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe.

All payments are made in USD (United States Dollar).


2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (PayPal & Stripe).
The Warehouse Barber does not store or have access to your full payment details.


3. Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Bank or card restrictions

Shipping

4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.


5. How long does shipping take?

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 business days


6. How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 per order.


7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

10. Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


11. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


12. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before processing/shipping, whichever comes first.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
