At The Warehouse Barber, we understand that plans can change. Please review our order cancellation policy below.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed or shipped, whichever comes first.
  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below:

Please include your order number in all cancellation requests.


3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped
  • Special orders, limited releases, or final sale items (if applicable)

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

  • You may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order was canceled due to our error.

6. Order Changes

We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed.
If you need a different item, please request a cancellation (if eligible) and place a new order.
