1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Delays
While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
- For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
