1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CST) may begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on Sundays, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated as processing time + carrier transit time.
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 3–6 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
4. Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order
- The shipping fee is displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

The Warehouse Barber is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your order whenever possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund, when applicable.
8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.
